The Diploma in Leisure Management

If you are a General/Departmental Manager and/or aspiring to Corporate Management positions (Regional/Head Offices) the Diploma in Leisure Management is aimed at you:  The course consists of 6 modules

 The six modules are:
-  Business Planning & Leadership (incorporates FETAC L6 Business Management)
-  Safety Management in the Leisure industry FETAC L6 (locally devised by ILAM)
-  Customer Service in the Leisure Industry (incorporating FETAC L6 Customer Service)
-  Facility Operations FETAC L6 (locally devised by ILAM)
-  Leisure Finance & IT FETAC L6 (locally devised by ILAM)
-  Leisure Marketing Management FETAC L6 (locally devised by ILAM)

The four “locally devised “modules were developed by ILAM and are approved FETAC modules at Level 6 as being more appropriate and relevant to employment in the Leisure Industry than the generic FETAC modules.  The other two modules are ILAM Diploma Modules incorporating FETAC Modules and are included as added value.
